Job Description:

The Account Representative will be trained to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with products or services, and maintain customer satisfaction levels. The expectation is to grow into an Account Manager within the allotted training period. An Account Representative will undergo extensive training and development programs to gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and building relationships with clients

Material Handler

Job Description:
The Material Handler role may work in the shipping or receiving department processing inbound and outbound product. This position will be trained in all areas of the warehouse and will report to the Shift Supervisor.   


Training and Development Specialist

Job Description:
As the Training and Development Specialist at Iron Valley Supply, you will help plan, design, and implement programs to improve individual and organizational performance. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.   


Replenishment Buyer

Job Description:
The Replenishment Buyer supports inventory replenishment activities to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure product availability. This position is responsible for purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, vendor communications, and resolving inventory receipt discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely processing. The Replenishment Buyer reports to the VP of Procurement and Merchandising.


Key Account Representative

Job Description:
The Key Account Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Iron Valley Supply's largest retail partnerships. Working closely with the Director of Business Development, this position ensures strategic initiatives are successfully implemented while providing exceptional customer service and operational support to key accounts.


The Key Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for tactical account activities, including order management, promotional execution, inventory coordination, reporting, forecasting, and issue resolution. This position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding customer experience while supporting revenue growth and profitability.
