Junior Buyer

Job Description:

The Junior Buyer supports the purchasing team in sourcing, ordering, and maintaining inventory, and plays a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet our customer’s needs. This position will report to the VP of Merchandising.  

Account Representative

Job Description:

The Account Representative will be trained to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with products or services, and maintain customer satisfaction levels. The expectation is to grow into an Account Manager within the allotted training period. An Account Representative will undergo extensive training and development programs to gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and building relationships with clients.

Account Manager

Job Description:

The Account Manager role will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring customers are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities. This position will report to the Director of Sales Operations or the Director of Sales Strategy.
