Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and informational content for the company. This position requires both creative design skills and analytical ability to ensure efforts drive measurable results. This position will report to the Director of Product Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Create digital flyers, graphics, and marketing materials
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns 
  • Create and distribute internal newsletter to keep employees informed and connected to company announcements
  • Manage and enhance website marketing efforts, including content updates and digital campaigns
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to develop creative assets for digital channels
  • Implement SEO best practices 
  • Monitor performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful initiatives
  • Capture and edit video content for promotions, product launches, etc. 
  • Build and grow social media presence with engaging content
  • Other duties as assigned


    Desired Qualifications/Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred 
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related marketing roles
    • Familiarity with website content management systems
    • Experience building email marketing campaigns
    • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms
    • Experience producing and editing video content
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with various departments effectively
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment; self-determined and takes initiative in creative processes 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software  


      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
      • Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally.
